Our yoga studio was designed to embody the best that Costa Rica has to offer – an open-aired yoga dojo in a jungle setting with polished wooden floors that wrap around a Guanacaste tree, all overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. This spiritual space naturally captures the essence of yoga and will help you relax, restore and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.

New to yoga? A zen guru? You’ll love our yoga classes–a rejuvenating and revitalizing mix consisting of a variety of practices including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Swasthya, and Kundalini. Catering to complete beginners and dedicated yoginis, we specifically create a week of energizing and restorative classes to give students of ALL levels the opportunity to stretch, heal, energize, and strengthen.

Our Inspiring Yoga Master 

Our certified yoga instructor, Cristina Kalyani, has been teaching yoga to communities around the world (including celebrities like Gisele Bundchen and Jill Hennessy) for over 15 years, and bases each week upon the specific experience level and desire of the group.

Cris infuses a sense of joy and play in each class, incorporating various types of yoga practices; Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Swasthya, and Kundalini. She uses a powerful combination of asansas (positions), pranyama (breathing), mantras, yoga theory, relaxation techniques and meditation to help you dissolve your fears, break old patterns, release stress and come to a place of inner strength and joy.
